3. SMS and Email Marketing

3.1 SMS Marketing (Text Messages)

If you opt in to receive SMS marketing messages from a restaurant using our platform:

• Consent Required: We will only send you promotional text messages if you have provided explicit consent by checking the opt-in box on a signup form
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the restaurant's marketing campaigns
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
• How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any marketing text message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also reply HELP for assistance
• Consent Records: We maintain records of your consent including the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language you agreed to, as required by law (TCPA)

Your first marketing text message will include the restaurant name and instructions on how to opt out.

3.2 Email Marketing

If you opt in to receive email marketing from a restaurant using our platform:

• Consent Required: We will only send you promotional emails if you have provided consent
• How to Unsubscribe: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click to unsubscribe instantly
• Processing Time: Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately, though you may receive emails already in queue for up to 48 hours

3.3 Transactional Messages

Regardless of your marketing preferences, you may still receive transactional messages related to:

• Reservation confirmations and reminders
• Waitlist notifications
• Order confirmations
• Account security alerts

These messages are not marketing and are necessary to provide our services.
